The questions you've been holding.

Asked the way you'd actually ask them.

Is this covered by insurance?

The program is not billed through insurance. It is paid directly. It is generally eligible for HSA and FSA funds — check with your plan administrator to confirm what yours allows.

Do I have to come to Memphis?

No. The whole program runs by telehealth. You collect the test at home and ship it back. Your visits are video calls. The program is available in all 50 states.

What if my labs really are fine?

Then we'll say so. The point of testing is to find out what's actually there. If the data doesn't support a protocol, we won't build one. You'll know either way.

Is this safe?

Everything runs under licensed medical oversight through Seva Health, in all 50 states. Nothing is prescribed without testing first. The protocol is built from your results and adjusted as your pattern changes.

Who is actually prescribing?

A licensed medical provider through Seva Health. They review your results, build the protocol with the clinical team, and hold the prescription. Dr. Matt reads your data with you and guides the protocol.

How long before I feel different?

We won't promise you a timeframe, because your pattern is your own. The protocol is designed to address the cortisol curve and the hormones the test maps. The discovery call covers what's realistic for your specific pattern.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

The protocol is built to get smaller over time, not bigger. We retest, read what changed, and adjust. The goal is to taper as your pattern improves, not to keep you on something forever.

I've been told my labs are normal more than once. Is this still for me?

Yes. That's exactly who this is for. Normal labs ruled out disease. They didn't tell you why you're exhausted. The DUTCH Plus asks a different question.

Do I have to stop my current medications?

No. Don't change anything you're taking on your own. The medical provider reviews everything you're on and works around it. Tell us the full list on the call.

What if I just want to understand my labs, not start a protocol?

That's a fair place to start. The discovery call and the test give you the data either way. What you do with it is your call. We don't guess. We test. The rest is yours.

You didn't come this far to settle for normal.

Normal is not optimal. And the distance between those two words is exactly where your exhaustion lives.
